About Me
My name is Khachatur Yedoyan, a professional saxophonist with a strong classical foundation and a deep passion for jazz, smooth, and contemporary music.
I was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia, where I studied saxophone and piano at the Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Specialized Music School. During my early years, I actively participated in international music competitions and festivals, earning first prize and laureate recognition at the Gyumri “Veratsnund” International Music Competition.
I continued my professional education at the Yerevan State Conservatory named after Komitas, where I studied saxophone and later expanded my artistic direction into jazz performance. Throughout my studies, I performed extensively at concerts and live events, collaborating with various ensembles and bands.
Beyond performing, I have worked as a Music Production Workshop Leader at TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, where I taught music composition and production to over 250 students, developing both technical skill and artistic expression. This experience strengthened my versatility, musical awareness, and ability to adapt to different styles and audiences.
Today, I am based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and available for performances throughout the United States. I specialize in live saxophone performances for weddings, private events, corporate functions, lounges, and upscale celebrations, delivering elegant sound, professional presence, and unforgettable musical atmosphere.
